Due to large-scale network breakdown in the region where tracker is hosted, the services will be unavailable until further notice. This page will be updated once the situation is resolved.
Update @ 15:30 JST: NTT Communications has informed us that the outage is due to fiber breakup because of a construction accident. ETA still unknown.
Update @ 16:30 JST: Network still down.
Bleach 110 has been ready for release for almost 2.5 hours now.
Update @ 17:30 JST: Network still down. This outage is longer than expected. Still no ETA on repair from NTT Communications.
Update @ 18:00 JST: Network service restored, however there might be another short outage in the near future. Otherwise, everything else is back to normal.
