Clarification of Dattebayo Professional Services

Due to recent rumors, Dattebayo Fansubs feels that it is necessary to clarify the purpose of our Professional Services.
Professional Services is designed for people looking to subtitle a personal project, or a video or series of videos they own. Professional Services is NOT a way to get your favorite anime series subtitled for money. In short, we do not accept offers to pay for subtitling services from people or companies who do not own rights to the material they want subbed.
Note, there's a difference between buying a copy of something on DVD and buying the rights to it. Just because you bought an anime series on DVD does not mean you own the rights to it and can ask us to sub it for you. Please do not send requests like this.
Dattebayo Fansubs does not make money off fansubbing, nor do we want to. In addition,we have no plans to begin placing advertisements on our page.
